Scholarship Information

Scholarship Requirements

• Enrolled in and reside within the boundaries of Plainfield Public School District
• Have been continuously enrolled in PPSD for four or more years 
• Attend all high school years (9-12) in PPSD and graduate from:
• Plainfield High School (PHS) or 
• Plainfield Academy for the Arts and Advanced Studies (PAAAS)

Once admitted to a public post-secondary institution in the State of New Jersey, QCP will send the scholarship award to the post-secondary institution registrar’s office to be applied toward the student’s tuition.

Funding for QCP scholarship awards comes from:

• Foundation grants
• Corporate sponsorships
• Individual donations. 

The Queen City Promise is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, governed by a board of directors, and located in Plainfield, New Jersey.
